Laura Landry
With more than three decades of experience leading healthcare transformation, Laura is a nationally recognized leader in systems thinking, health information and data strategy, and organizational change.
She has designed and implemented data architectures, EHR systems, health information exchanges, and large-scale change management programs for clients ranging from state and federal agencies to integrated delivery networks, hospitals, and health plans
As Principal Consultant at Eclectic Endeavor, Laura brings a unique blend of technical expertise and executive-level vision. Her career includes leading governance for California’s statewide health information exchange governance body, launching the first public health–focused HIE west of the Mississippi, and helping health plans and provider organizations modernize infrastructure while navigating regulatory complexity.

Co-founder of a Public Benefit Corporation dedicated to reducing cost, rebuilding trust in the U.S. healthcare system. The initiative brings together physicians, patients, and innovators to design a new generation of health plans—transparent, equitable, and built to serve people.
